Defendant offered copy of contract into evidence. While Supreme Court has long required proof of case through most reliable evidence available, plaintiff does not here challenge content of contract. Contract admissible.

Warrants for arrest were best evidence as opposed simply to testimony.

Testimony of medical records custodian is best evidence of medical expenses. Not reversible error to admit bills without testimony from custodian.
