Containers falling.Fire extinguisher fell on plaintiff due to being hung improperly. Notice to defendant.

1961 Murphy v. Saunders, 202 Va. 913, 121 S.E.2d 375.

Plaintiff customer in store, braced herself on lowest shelf, and endeavored to reach can on top shelf. Another can, which she had not previously noticed, fell on her hand. There is no evidence why can fell. It is equally possible that plaintiff, bracing herself on shelf, caused accident as did improper stacking. No actionable negligence exists.
