Defendant wrote to plaintiff’s employer about nonpayment of debt. Libel was republished when reviewed by promotion board. Not libelous per se.
1944 M. Rosenberg & Sons v. Craft, 182 Va. 512, 29 S.E.2d 375.
Defendant wrote dunning letter to employer of plaintiff. Although statements contained therein were untrue, they were not libelous per se.
