1953 McClanahan v. California Spray Corp., 194 Va. 842, 75 S.E.2d 712.

Under Virginia and federal insecticide laws, manufacturer of economic poison must give both directions for use and warning where necessary; he cannot avoid such duty to warn by giving directions for use.
