Jury question presented as to whether nurse anesthetist was agent of surgeon, since surgeon selected anesthetic, told her when to begin and could have stopped it at any time.
1963 Hill v. Memorial Hosp., 204 Va. 501, 132 S.E.2d 411.
Plaintiff claimed negligence as to nurses for not putting guardrails on bed and thereby preventing her from falling. No showing of nurses being under duty to do so.
