1966 Elliot v. Lewis, 207 Va. 361, 150 S.E.2d 129.Plaintiff’s decedent killed while working under car on shoulder of secondary highway. Having mechanical difficulty, decedent not contributorily negligent as matter of law for working under vehicle.
